India’s largest IT firms have not been able to replicate their growth in the US.
But the trend will only continue if India can provide a solid framework to create jobs for people and businesses that need them.
As such, it’s essential that we build a strong ecosystem for IT-driven enterprises that will provide a strong future for the country’s workforce and its future economic growth.
As India’s IT sector grows, the need for job creation will grow as well.
We must ensure that India is not left behind.
In a country where over half of the population lives below the poverty line, the opportunity for jobs for the less advantaged and unemployed is critical.
We cannot afford to leave the country to the Indian IT sector alone.
We need to create a strong, vibrant ecosystem that will ensure that every person has the opportunity to achieve the dreams they want.
The next five years are crucial for our IT sector, as we will need to build a solid foundation to build strong and sustainable industries that will help India’s workforce grow, thrive, and create new opportunities.
We will need all of our sectors to invest in education, healthcare, and infrastructure.
And we will also need to focus on building and strengthening our capacity to innovate.
We have to keep our eye on the bigger picture, which is that we need to do everything we can to make India a world leader in the IT sector.
