Why did this video feature a man that was shot and killed by a police officer?

Posted February 13, 2018 09:33:52 I was in the parking lot of my local Walmart when I saw the police vehicle pull up and one of the officers said something like, “Hey man, this is my partner.

We need to talk.”

I turned around to see the cop pointing a gun at my head.

He was in his mid-40s and he was wearing a black shirt, jeans and a baseball cap.

It looked like he had a badge on.

The cop then asked if I was carrying a weapon, and I said yes.

When he asked me what I was doing I told him that I was walking to my car and he said, “Alright, just stop, we don’t need you.”

I said that I wasn’t in a hurry, but that I knew he would come.

He just laughed and said, “‘Alright, if you wanna make a break for it, I’ll give you my license.”

I was surprised and then, because I was nervous, I looked down and saw blood on the seat.

I said, ‘Oh my God.

What the hell happened?’

He told me, “She was on top of me, she was right behind me, and she’s got my license in her hand.”

Then he told me he thought he was going to shoot me, but I just looked at him and told him I didn’t need his help.

He asked me if I had a gun, I told them I didn’ have one, and then he told the cop to stop because I wasn’ trying to get away.

I had to run to the parking garage because I could see him approaching from behind me.

When I got there he just put his hand on the front passenger seat and said something to the effect of, “That’s your ticket.

If you don’t come back, we’re gonna take your license.”

It was really bad.

He had no control over me and I had no way of knowing that this guy was going on the run from the police.

The whole time he was pointing his gun at me.

It was terrifying.

That’s when I felt really helpless.

He ran, and a few minutes later, the police stopped me and took my license.

The guy who shot me has been placed on administrative leave.

I’m not sure how much of his behavior is reflective of his mental health.

It seems that this man was motivated by revenge.

He wanted to kill me for trying to stop him from killing another man.

He did not stop me from getting out of my car.

He knew I was unarmed and he didn’t give me any time to act.

The police did nothing wrong, and that’s why he was killed.

He’s a coward, and he should be ashamed of himself.

I don’t understand why this guy has a license to shoot people.

He should be in jail.
